Delivery and Returns

Devlivery cost

Delivery charges are calculated using the weight of your order and the delivery destination.

Any order weighing over 120kg will be shipped on a pallet, at a starting cost of £35 per pallet (for deliveries within the UK)

Surcharges for delivery outside the UK will be calculated at checkout. For a more detailed delivery cost or a specific delivery method please contact us for a quotation.

There is a minimum delivery charge of £5.45 on all orders.

Who We Use

We use the following service providers to deliver world wide. Please check your order for tracking information. 

Delivery Schedule

All orders are processed within one business day from time of order.

For UK orders, once processed we aim for items to delivery at your specified address in 2-3 business days.

For orders outside the UK you will receive an estimated delivery time based of county of destination.

Returns Policy

The right to returns goods is protected under the EU distance selling directive and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days and receive a full refund. Goods should be returned with full packaging and in the condition that they were received.

If an item is damaged or lost in delivery please contact us for a replacement or refund.
